Returns Policy

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases from Abba Oil, you may return your product for a full product refund or exchange. Except,  Bath & Spa or Anointing Oils are not available for Return or Exchange. You may return new, unopened items within 5 days from the invoice date for a refund (this means that the safety seals are intact.

Conditions for returned merchandise:
Returns will only be accepted with prior consent from Abba Oil. You may submit your request using the e-mail of orders@abbaoil.com. Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchased product  may request a refund or credit which will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the product.  

Upon our receipt of a return in good, resalable condition, the full price of the product purchase will be refunded. Items could be subject to a 10% restocking fee  (Refunds for wholesale customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee.) Shipping expenses are not eligible for refund.
