Shipping Information- 

BILL TO AND SHIP TO MUST BE THE SAME ON FIRST TIME ORDERS.

Packages are sent from our facility within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of order by the shipment method you choose. The cost of shipping is calculated by weight and destination using real time rates from FedEx or USPS. Occasionally the actual shipping cost may vary from what you see on our web site due to surcharges on large or oddly shaped packages. We strive to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.  All FedEx ship times are based on business days of Monday - Friday.

USPS & FedEx are experiencing longer ship time.  Package delays and lack of tracking updates are common. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience! Thank you for being understanding!

Mail Orders of $200.00 or more require either Money Order or Cashier's Check in advance of Shipment.  Contact us at our Toll Free Number 877-226-6468 for more information.

• SIGNATURE REQUIRED - ALL Shipments over $100. will require Signature.  Also, we reserve the right to add Signature Required to any shipment if the location is a Multi-tenant dwelling or we feel that the location could end up going to the wrong person.  When you receive your tracking information.  You can track your order the next business day and it will say if Signature is required.  On the day it says OUT FOR DELIVERY (or something of that nature) make sure someone is available.  If with USPS and Signature is required, many times they will leave a slip in your mailbox that simply needs to be signed and once they receive the signed slip, they will leave your package the next business day.  There will be times you have to go and pick up your package due to not signing the slip.

 

Special 1/2 Price Shipping:

Applies only to online retail orders and is based on orders reaching $75 or more AFTER all discounts. 1/2 Price Rate shipping applies only to the 48 Continental United States and is based on our Priority Mail or standard ground shipping based on the weight (selected at our discretion) and does not apply to any Express selection and will be applied at the time of Shipping. This can not be applied to orders shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Free Shipping:
Applies only to online retail orders and is based on orders reaching $100 or more AFTER all discounts. FREE Shipping applies only to the 48 Continental United States and is based on our Priority Mail or standard ground shipping based on the weight (selected at our discretion) and does not apply to any Express selection and will be applied at the time of Shipping. This can not be applied to orders shipped to P.O. International, U.S. Territories & Outlying Areas (including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico):
Please give us a call for a Wholesaler near you so you can purchase from them.  If they do not have the products you are looking for we would be delighted to process your order. 

FedEx Ground is not an available shipping method to addresses outside the 48 US Sates.

FedEx International Economy.  The shipping presented to you are in many cases higher than the rates we are able to secure using FedEx International Shipping.  If we are able to secure cheaper costs, the difference will be refunded.  Also, all International Orders must be paid using Paypal.

Unless you specify otherwise in the notes area as you check out, we will look for the most expeditious and cost-effective way to get your package to you. We will e-mail or call you with the rates once we have determined the best shipping method for your package.
